For this option, you will choose your butterfly tulle(s) for the top layer and then the color combo of tulle you want underneath.
There is an upcharge for 3D butterflies, bling, layers and glitter tulle. If an add on is selected and the upcharge is removed from cart, the add on will not be honored. For example, if you choose yes for bling and then remove the bling add on.. your order will not have bling on it since it was not paid for.
